Here’s my unfiltered experience
The design of this hotel is striking, but the interior lacks warmth and color. The rooms feel outdated and could certainly use some improvements. Yet, the friendly staff makes all the difference with their warm hospitality and excellent service. Dining exceeded my expectations with delicious food. There's great potential here, waiting for a much-needed upgrade.

We enjoyed exploring the nearby entertainment areas and the financial district. The staff was super friendly, and the food was better than expected. Just a heads up—the hotel could use some upgrades, particularly in the rooms. But overall, we had a great time.
One downside was the hot water. There was a day when it just didn’t work, which was inconvenient.

The restaurant crew was friendly and the food was better than expected! The manager really went above and beyond to help out when I had issues with my hot water. That kind of service is rare nowadays.
